1119 LAVISTA WAY opened code violation for tree over pool and damaged fence
Property owner Brian Caudill has an open property maintenance case after a tree at 1119 Lavista Way is hanging over the backyard pool and fence. The report says limbs have already fallen and broke part of the fence, so the city is treating it as a code-violation safety and repair issue.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
