2242 DUNDEE RD 103 opened for code violation: ceiling/foundation leaks and mold

Semu One Bear reported ceiling leaks, a foundation leak, and black mold in the bedroom at 2242 Dundee Rd, Unit 103 and says property manager Sun Residential promised to fix it but then went silent. The property is owned by Dundee Place Apartments LLC and the case is open — Semu plans to mail a certified demand-for-repair with photos to push for remediation.
