4519 Bramers Ln opened code violation for dilapidated property

Owner Tammy Fuqua has an open property-maintenance case for a reportedly dilapidated house at 4519 Bramers Ln. Neighbors say the place may be beyond fixing and have complained that transient people have been coming and going day and night — one report even noted six or seven people leaving on bikes with backpacks — and that there was a past incident of burning copper on the property.
