118 N 26TH ST opened for property maintenance code violation

Owner Steven M. Pierce has an open property maintenance case for 118 N 26th St after a caller reported furniture on the sidewalk, trash scattered around, and patches of high grass. The report also says backyard bushes are growing 12-14 feet into the alley and that overgrowth along the block is obstructing walkability.
