7006 Brook Bend Way opened a Property Maintenance Code Violation for high grass

Owner Jacinta Velasquez has an open property maintenance case for the vacant house at 7006 Brook Bend Way. City notes say high grass and weeds are covering the front and back yards, vines are growing out of the gutters and so tall they obscure the front door, and furniture has been left outside for about four weeks. The case is active and awaiting follow-up.
