409 MARRET AVE 1 opened code violation case ENF-PMNT-26-018099

A tenant has filed a property-maintenance complaint about 409 Marret Ave, Unit 1, saying the landlord may have the building’s water lines spliced into the tenant’s water heater and that they keep getting unusually high LGE bills. They’re asking for a surprise basement inspection without Property Management being notified and say they have video proof they couldn’t upload. The case is open against owner MVM Properties LLC.
