8219 MINOR LN opened for code violation

Holiday MHC 1 LLC is named in an open property maintenance case after residents reported the park’s sewer lift station backed up and raw sewage pooling in ditches along the street. At 8219 Minor Ln callers say sewage is coming up into bathrooms and kitchens and that the mobile home park, which apparently owns its own sewer line, has been unresponsive to tenants, so city inspectors have the case open and will need to follow up.
