420 M ST opened a property maintenance case for high grass on vacant lot

WCK Development LLC owns the vacant lot at 420 M St and is now the subject of an open property maintenance case after a caller reported high grass and weeds throughout the parcel. The report also says people experiencing homelessness have taken boards off the back of the property, creating potential safety and cleanup concerns. The city has the case open to get the lot cleared and secured.
