9614 Lancewood Rd Code Violation: Property Maintenance Case Open
MJS Enterprises LLC is the listed owner on an open property maintenance case after a neighbor reported cars being worked on like a lot and a new vehicle appearing every other day at 9614 Lancewood Rd. The complaint asks inspectors to check registrations so the vehicles can be proven to belong to residents and not a car lot, and also flags that roughly six to seven people are living in a three‑bedroom house. City staff appear to be following up with inspections to sort it out.
