4108 LAKE DREAMLAND RD opened a Code Violation ENF-PMNT-26-018017

A tenant has opened a property maintenance complaint about 4108 Lake Dreamland Rd, alleging widespread mold, a mouse infestation, and plumbing failures that have left the kitchen sink and bathtub unusable (the tenant says bathroom issues date back to 2022). The open code-violation case names owner Johnson Augustine and also reports an oven that never worked, a refrigerator left at the side of the house, a furnace that must be manually switched—resulting in two weeks without heat—and promised repairs that weren’t completed, some of which the tenant paid for out of pocket.
