MMCS Properties LLC has an open property maintenance case for 1001 Logan St, Unit 118 after weeds and tall grass were reported in the easement along the E Kentucky St side of the property. The city is asking for that overgrowth to be cleared so the easement is back in compliance, and the case remains open pending follow-up.
