4703 FREL RD reported rodent infestation, opened property maintenance case

Owner Jasmine Wozniak filed a property maintenance complaint about a sudden, severe rodent infestation at 4703 Frel Road in Valley Station after Louisville MSD crews did sewer work on the street. She says the disturbed underground lines have driven sewer rats into yards and asks Metro Vector Control to inspect the block and coordinate baiting with MSD. The case is open while city officials look into the report.
