8300 ST ARMANDS CT: Property maintenance case opened for overgrown vegetation
Owner Negash Abraham has an open property maintenance case after a neighbor reported that the area behind his privacy fence at 8300 St Armands Ct has become severely overgrown. The complaint says rapid regrowth is making it impossible to keep the fence line clear and that rats, rotting tree trunks, and large pieces of concrete and old fence debris have turned the spot into an overgrown mess officials will likely ask to be cleaned up.
