5415 Minyard Dr code violation for hazardous tree

Owner Noris Virgen P Chapman has an open property-maintenance case after the neighborhood watch reported a large tree at 5415 Minyard Drive split — part of it landed on a car and the rest looks like it could fall at any time. The caller estimated the trunk is about 12 feet in circumference with limbs up to 4 feet thick and warned a collapse could knock out power, TV, phone and internet for the area; they were also advised to report the hazard to LG&E.
