Owner Stamper Christopher J has an open property maintenance/code-violation case at 2223 Flat Rock Rd. Inspectors note high grass and extremely tall weeds, multiple broken-down cars and general debris scattered across the lot, so it looks like the city is asking for a pretty thorough clean-up.
