604 Merwin Ave code violation for overgrown vegetation and weeds

Owner Tammy Mabry has an open property maintenance code case for 604 Merwin Ave after neighbors filed a second complaint. The vacant, on-the-market house is overrun with weeds, vines and small tree shoots growing over fences, behind the garage, onto the back of the house and into the easement — neighbors report they’re constantly trimming it back and say there’s been no improvement.
