2126 Portland Ave code violation opened for unsanitary conditions

Mina LLC has an open property-maintenance case (a code violation) at 2126 Portland Ave after a caller reported a number of people staying on the property and possibly removed boarding in the rear. The complaint says people are sleeping on the porch, using the yard as a bathroom, and there are containers of urine on site, so city inspectors have the case open to follow up.
