7011 BRONNER CIR 3 Code Violation opened for roach infestation

A tenant at 7011 Bronner Cir, Unit 3 has filed a property-maintenance complaint against owner Avery Property LLC reporting a severe roach infestation affecting multiple units after moving in on July 31, 2026. They say pest control was allegedly sent but the problem persists—about 20 roaches a day, roaches in food and drains—along with holes in walls, missing window screens, a balcony door that won’t lock, a nonworking toilet and AC, and roughly $1,000 in damaged belongings while the manager has been unresponsive to requests to withhold rent.
