1010 E Saint Catherine St opened for code violation - overgrown grass

Morgan E. Knehans has an open property maintenance (code violation) case for 1010 E Saint Catherine Street after neighbors reported grass up to three feet high, thick weeds and poison ivy lining the fence, plus a dead front-yard tree wrapped in poison ivy and poison oak. Complaints also say rats and possums are living under the deck and mosquitoes have made the backyard unusable, and residents report they've raised this several times while the city follows up.
