2614 Virginia Ave Unit 1 reported code violation for trash on church parking lot

Greystone Rentals LLC is facing a code violation complaint tied to 2614 Virginia Ave Unit 1 after residents allegedly started putting their trash and bins on the Pleasant View Baptist Church parking lot behind the building. The church — which says the lot at 1213 Cypress St. belongs to them — reports bins left out or overloaded, missed pickups, trash spilling onto the ground and even fines for the church, with one volunteer trying (and tiring) to clean it up. The church is asking the owner to remove accumulated junk and make tenants leave bins in front of their building for proper pickup.
