4622 E INDIAN TRL opened for trash nuisance in driveway

A constituent complained that the residents at 4622 E Indian Trl appear to be leaving lots of trash bags in the driveway, saying it looks like they may not have trash service and that the piles could attract rats or other pests. The property, owned by Ridgeview Investments LLC, has an open property maintenance case so city staff can follow up.
