1355 SALE AVE Code Violation opened for trash, camper, and overgrowth
David and Sheila Gritton are the owners listed on an open property-maintenance code case at 1355 Sale Ave after a neighbor reported trash tossed in the yard, a parked camper, and trees, bushes, weeds, and grass that are extremely overgrown. The complaint says residents aren’t using the garbage cart and the conditions have attracted rodents, so city enforcement has the case open to pursue cleanup.
