3114 Dale Ann Dr tree removal requested for code violation

Owner Derek T. Hart has opened a property maintenance case for a distressed tree at 3114 Dale Ann Dr after it was struck by lightning twice and is now dying — branches and bark are falling and the tree is giving off a foul odor. He requests the tree be removed if possible and says he doesn’t mind if Operation Brightside plants a replacement.
