Property owner Jason R. Isaacs has an open property-maintenance case at 9011 John Paul Ct after neighbors reported grass left uncut in the front and backyard all spring and summer, a shed that’s deteriorating and falling apart, and weeds overrunning the driveway. The complaint says the lot has become a nesting spot for rats, snakes and other animals, and city inspectors have the case open for follow-up.
