Somebody finally called the city about a car problem at 4326 Cavelle Ave in Louisville.
The complaint says there’s an illegally parked or abandoned vehicle there, the kind that’s supposed to be on a hard, durable surface and not sitting around in disrepair. The city marked it as a new violation on Oct. 29.
