915 DRESDEN AVE code violation for overgrown tree encroaching alley

Owner Maria Hansson has an open property-maintenance case about an overgrown tree at 915 Dresden Ave. Low-hanging branches are growing into and over the alley, blocking access into the driveway across the alley and even scraping cars as they pass. The city has the case marked open while they work out trimming or removal to clear the right-of-way.
