146 N Crestmoor Ave opened Property Maintenance Case for tall weeds

Owners Jervis Garry & Brenda have an open property maintenance case at 146 N Crestmoor Ave after about 4-foot-tall weeds were reported in the southwest corner of the backyard. The city says the overgrowth is restricting drainage and increasing mosquitoes, and reminds the owners that yard upkeep is their responsibility.
