Property owner Muse Ashley has an open property maintenance case after a caller reported the rear of the lot at 724 Creel Ave isn’t being maintained up to the middle of the alley. Inspectors note overgrown tree limbs, bushes and weeds crowding the alley, and the open case suggests the city may follow up with a site visit to get things cleared.
