1623 DUNBARTON WYNDE pool water drained into street; code violation

Owner Alexander McDaonald is the subject of a property maintenance case about a pool at 1623 Dunbarton Wynd. Neighbors say the pool — reportedly tended by a pool crew — is being drained two to three times a week with runoff sent down the driveway into the street and storm drain, tracking silt and mud, and a caller later added they believe the pool was shocked recently and that chemicals shouldn't be going into storm drains.
