Sherry Lane LLC owns a rental at 6808 Sherry Ln that’s been cited in a property-maintenance code case after neighbors reported more than a month of uncut grass, a pile of tree and bush debris in the backyard allegedly drawing rats, raccoons and possums, stopped garbage service, water running onto a neighboring lot, and some broken windows. The caller says the property owner contact is Glenview Trust Company and they’ve spoken with Matt Black at (502) 212-7800, and the case is open for follow-up.
