405 S Jackson St 202 opened code violation for AC outage

Louisville Metro Housing Auth is named in an open property maintenance case after a tenant at 405 S Jackson St, Apartment 202 reported the air conditioning failed on the 24th. Management supplied one window unit for the living room and, after the resident showed asthma documentation, a second (barely functional) unit for the bedroom on the 27th, but there’s been no update on when the AC will be properly fixed and the apartment reportedly feels like a sauna.
