1217 Garvin Pl Code Violation Filed for Overgrown Bush Blocking Alley View
Owner Bethany Lady Smith is the subject of an open property maintenance case at 1217 Garvin Pl after neighbors reported an overgrown bush blocking the sight line at the corner of an alley. Complainants say she refuses to trim or remove the shrub, insisting it’s the city’s responsibility, and that pedestrians can’t be seen—one neighbor says their wife’s car has barely avoided collisions several times. The case is open while inspectors follow up.
