RP Louisville Owner LLC has an open property maintenance/code-violation case after a tenant reported a sagging, potentially dangerous ceiling at 10429 W Manslick Rd, unit C (the complaint also references Apt H). The tenant says they’d previously taped an attic door shut, neighbors report bulging and leaks, inspectors were on site in May, and the windows are reportedly uninsulated—letting in bugs, spiders, rain and even frogs.
