2121 Cherokee Pkwy opened code violation case for alley debris

Owner Philip Cooksey has an open property-maintenance case for 2121 Cherokee Parkway after neighbors reported rotting furniture and improperly bagged debris stacked in the alley for more than a year. Complainants say the pressed-wood pieces and boxes are inviting rats (one neighbor even pays for baiting), and they hope a simple cleanup or a city letter will prompt the property to be tidied.
