11603 Main Street opened for Code Violation investigation ENF-PMNT-26-016924

Kevin Bartley, owner-operator of Mid Point Barbershop, has filed a property maintenance/code violation complaint about 11603 Main St (owned by Covenant Properties LLC) reporting chronic cellar flooding and mold air samples that showed very high counts of Aspergillus, Penicillium and chromatateum. He also says the building’s main plumbing vent has been trapped in the attic for about 15 years (with raccoon intrusions and no second-floor ceiling access); an inspector visited on July 28 and the Health Department/Hazardous Materials team has been contacted for a visual mold inspection.
