4601 Tipsy Cir 205 reported AC not working in apartment
A tenant at 4601 Tipsy Cir, Apt 205 says her apartment won't cool below about 82 degrees even when the AC runs constantly, and she reports management insists the system is "working." Cane Run Partners Ltd is listed as the owner on an open property maintenance case after the tenant noted no other units seem affected and that her children, including one with asthma, are being impacted by the heat.
