9412 Doral Ct Unit 1 requested property inspection for mold
Endurus Regal Park Apartments LLC has an open property maintenance case at 9412 Doral Ct, Unit 1 after a tenant who moved in on April 17, 2026 reported a recurring leak that soaks the bedroom carpet every time it rains. The tenant says maintenance provided a blower and replaced drywall and that plumbing issues were addressed, but black mold has since appeared near the window and they’ve requested a Friday inspection to make sure the root cause is fixed.
