205 NORBOURNE BLVD opened for contaminated water leak and code violation
Eline Development Co. has an open property maintenance case at 205 Norbourne Blvd after a tenant reported brown, contaminated water leaking into the living room for about two weeks. The tenant says the ceiling’s been opened three times with leaks continuing, all three children are sick with diarrhea and vomiting, the landlord only acted after a threat to report it, a plumber refused to enter, and the complaint was forwarded to the health department.
