1405 Sale Ave code violation opened for ENF-PMNT-26-016858
Janet Vandivier is listed as the owner on an open property-maintenance code case for 1405 Sale Ave. A neighbor says they’ve made several calls about the nearby vacant house at 1407 Sale Ave being repeatedly broken into — first a woman was caught and released, and later two grown men and two children were reported living there. The complainant is urging the city to require the owner to secure the property and to follow up more consistently.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
