6703 WOODROW WAY code violation opened for dumped dirt blocking sidewalk

Luis A. Romero, owner of 6703 Woodrow Way, is the subject of an open property maintenance case after a constituent told Councilwoman Mulvey-Woolridge that dirt was brought in and dumped on the property. Neighbors say the fill — reportedly intended for both 6627 Brook Valley and 6703 Woodrow — now covers the sidewalk and they’re worried it could wash or be pushed down toward the nearby creek.
