Owner Ken Thieneman Builder Inc is the subject of an open property maintenance case after neighbors reported that the lot at 7304 Vaughn Mill Rd hasn't been mowed all year. City notes say the tall grass is attracting vermin, rodents, and bugs to adjoining properties, so officials have the case open while they work to get the lot cleaned up.
