2306 Rowan Code Violation for yard debris and mosquitoes
A property maintenance complaint flags piles of several-years-old limbs and brush behind 2306 Rowan—which backs onto the end of Ackerman Court by the school driveway—and says that standing debris has the area inundated with mosquitoes and flying bugs. The neighbor reports constant spraying and being “constantly getting eaten up,” and the code case is open so inspectors can look into clearing the brush and addressing the pest problem.
