YMP Hurstbourne LLC is listed as the owner of 5604 Oxford Ct, Unit 732, where a tenant has filed a property-maintenance complaint saying the air conditioning has been out since July 8. The tenant says they’ve been handed a portable unit that only cools their bedroom, have been essentially stuck there for two weeks with thermostat readings in the high 80s, and are frustrated by repeated runarounds from the landlord’s third-party maintenance while rent is due. The property-maintenance case is open with the city.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
