1151 S 15th St opened for code violation involving rodent infestation

Owner James H. Wright Jr. is named in an open property-maintenance case for the vacant building at 1151 S 15th St after a neighbor reported it’s connected by a wall to 1147 and 1149 S 15th even though the lots are separately owned. The complaint says the properties are heavily infested with rodents, so code enforcement appears to be involved to address cleanup and public-health concerns.
