Joshua Shumway filed a property maintenance complaint saying neighbors' daily squirrel feeding has apparently invited numerous rats onto 2017 Sherwood Ave and neighboring yards, which he calls highly unsanitary. He asked the city to bait and assess the problem but noted they have a dog so open bait isn't an option; the code-enforcement case is open and awaiting follow-up.
