8227 ROSEBOROUGH RD Code violation for overgrown grass

Owner Daniel E. Bond has an open property maintenance case for severely overgrown grass at 8227 Roseborough Rd. A neighbor complaint says the yard hasn’t been mowed in months (it reportedly happened last year, too) and that snakes and an increase in rats have been coming onto nearby properties, which prompted the code enforcement action.
