2531 ROWAN ST cited for code violation overgrown weeds on adjacent lots
Louisville & Jefferson County Landbank is listed as the owner tied to an open property maintenance case after a neighbor reported the lots at 2531 Rowan St (and adjacent 2533 and 2535) have been overrun with waist-high weeds. The resident at 2538 Rowan St says the tall grass is unsafe for kids and attracts rodents and bugs; an inspector photographed the scene a few weeks ago but the case remains open with no completed inspections, so neighbors are still waiting for a cleanup.
