1831 Lower Hunters Trce: Code Violation for gravel on MSD property

A property maintenance case was filed for 1831 Lower Hunters Trce by Donna Cundiff alleging the neighbor has been using an MSD-owned strip between 1831 and 1833 as a private driveway, even laying gravel on MSD property. Cundiff says the gravel was placed over a stormdrain and is causing her basement to flood when it rains, and that the neighbor keeps driving on and mowing the MSD strip and her lawn to harass her. She’s asking MSD to block that piece of land and have the gravel removed to stop the damage and ongoing harassment; the case is currently open.
