Sulayman Properties LC has an open property-maintenance case after neighbors reported the backyard at 5985 W Pages Ln hasn’t been mowed in over a year. The record notes weeds and grass pushing through and nearly over neighboring fences, so the city is seeking to have the yard trimmed and vegetation cleared to prevent fence damage and tidy up the block.
