640 S 35TH ST opened new code violation case for unsafe repairs and hazards

Louisville Rental Houses LLC has an open property-maintenance case for code violations at 640 S 35th St. The complaint says a bunch of repairs weren’t properly fixed — a window that won’t close and pulls out of its frame, water stains and possible black mold on the ceiling with a weakened wall beneath, a rocking toilet, a back door with a missing board that could let cold air in, mouse holes by the sink, an unrepaired bathroom ceiling opening, a loose stair rail, weakened upstairs floorboards, and a first-floor ceiling tile that’s about to fall.
